REFUND POLICY

A 100% refund is only given if:
We fail to deliver your order on the selected delivery date, or
The item is out of stock.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely
delivery.
Same-day or urgent orders are not eligible for refunds if delivery is delayed.


PRODUCT IMAGES

Actual items may vary depending on season and city.
All images are taken in selected cities and may not exactly match deliveries
in other locations.


RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ITEMS
We reserve the right to replace products if an item is unavailable in a
particular city.
This can include:
Flower types or colors
Cake flavors or shapes
Mithai varieties
Donuts or bakery items
Pizza vendors
We may also deliver items in multiple shipments if supplier delays occur.


CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All transactions on gifttopk.com are processed on a 128-BIT SSL secure
server.
Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
It’s completely safe to use your credit card on our website.


ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as it is already booked with
our vendors and courier.


ORDER CHANGES
In smaller cities, large-size cakes might not be available.
If needed, we will replace them with two smaller cakes of the same value.


LATE DELIVERY
While we try to deliver on the selected date, delays may happen due to:
Late order placement
Incomplete delivery address
No one available at the delivery location


PENDING DELIVERY
If delivery is delayed due to incomplete address or phone number, we will
try to contact the customer.
If no response is received within 24 hours, the gift will be disposed of, and
no refund will be given.


SPECIAL REQUESTS
We’ll try our best to meet special requests like specific cake flavors or
delivery time.
However, we cannot guarantee this during Eid, public holidays, Valentine’s
Day, or Mother’s Day due to high demand.


SUNDAY & HOLIDAY SERVICE
Holiday and Sunday delivery is not available in some smaller cities.
In such cases, we’ll deliver the gift a day before or after the holiday.
All major cities in Pakistan offer Sunday and holiday delivery services.


CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
We may contact you to verify your order if you pay by credit card.
If verification fails or is not completed, your order will be cancelled.

REPLACEMENT POLICY


We carefully select and inspect all products before delivery.
If you are unhappy with the product’s quality, please contact us within 2
days of delivery, mentioning your order number.
We do not offer refunds, only replacements, and we may require the
damaged product to be returned.
⚠️ Note:
There is no replacement policy for food items (like Pizza Hut, KFC,
McDonald’s). These are made fresh and close to delivery time, and since the
restaurants don’t offer replacements, we cannot either. We only work with
reputable food brands to ensure good quality.
